Week 5 - No Clusters

Today I would have done another idea, but I had trouble programming said idea.
So instead, you get this.
Today, no mine can be next to another mine, whether it's orthogonally or diagonally.
Because every mine essentially acts like a 0, there are more mines this week.

Note: This week has been modified from the standalone version because the standalone version sometimes didn't generate. (The standalone version had 75 mines instead of 70.)
