Week 7 - Double Mines??

Today is like Week 5, but instead of there being a limit of 1 mine in a cluster, there's now a limit of 2 mines in a cluster!
(These two mines will always be either horizontal or vertical to each other, so no diagonal mines.)
You can also think of this week as being like day 26 of the original advent calendar, but the clusters of two can't be next to each other. (and, in fact, that's how I programmed it.)
I would have included more mines, but this is the maximum number of mines that's guaranteed to generate this way on a 20x20 board.
